Shopping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have Standard Postal, UPS Standard, and Express Services. Depending on the location of the warehouse (inside or outside the US), the methods will defer.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Depending on the item you ordered. Some items are stocked in several overseas warehouse or made and shipped directly from our foreign Artists. Regardless, you should receive an update and tracking numbers from us stating estimated delivery dates.
For USA clients, we do not add any State or border Customs fees to your cost.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For your particular order we will email you exactly when you should expect the item to arrive. If it is a custom-made item it will take longer than normal and will be specified on our email to you.
